No subscriptions

Appt Bookings does not charge subscriptions, hidden fees, or unexpected recurring charges. Any price or payment due will be shown clearly before purchase.

Coming soon

Appt Bookings is preparing to launch. Once paid services are available, any payment terms will be shown clearly before purchase.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a service has not been delivered, has been charged in error, or cannot be provided as agreed, we will work with you to correct the issue or arrange an appropriate refund.

Appointment payments

When Appt Bookings is used by another business to take appointment payments, that business is responsible for its own appointment cancellation, no-show, and refund rules unless Appt Bookings Ltd is named as the direct seller.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times can vary depending on the payment provider.
